PEAK SEASON Policy:

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends from May through October each year.

Check-In Policy:

Check In: 3:00 p.m.

Check Out: 10:30 a.m.

Please feel welcome to ask for an earlier check-in time. We will accommodate early check ins whenever possible.

If you will not be able check in by 7:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, please use the comments section if reserving via email or call ahead to inform Little Bluff Inn that you would like a late check in. We can easily accommodate late check ins.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to check-in date, no charge is made to your credit card. If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to check-in date and the room cannot be re-booked, your credit card will be charged for your entire reservation. “No-shows” will be subject to full charges.

Smoking Policy:

Little Bluff Inn is a smoke free hotel. Guests may smoke outside. For the consideration of other guests, and because of fire insurance constraints, strict adherence to this policy is maintained. Applicable charges will be applied for rooms that have been smoked in.

Pet Policy:

We allow pets in certain rooms / areas. Please contact Little Bluff Inn if you are interested in visiting with your pet.

VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit cards are accepted or you may pay with cash. Note: No personal checks are accepted.
